1 - READ THE WORD
“Be strong and bold; have no fear or dread of them, because it is the Lord your God who goes with you; he will not fail you or forsake you.”
2 - Reflect
If we are partial with the love and dedication that we put into the Lord's hands, sooner or later we will feel the consequences. Our lack of commitment can affect not only our beliefs, but also the time we allocate for being in contact with our Father. Having attitudes such as making permanent excuses to avoid approaching God, breaking our duties as Christians or being mean to our brethren can turn into habits that will be difficult for us to get rid of.
Opening ourselves to the possibility of being wrong and trusting that Our Father will know how to show us the way back to faith is very important. In a world in which the individualism and the foolishness hit harder every time, the key will be to remain aligned with our Christian thoughts. Our daily meditation and conversation with God the Father will be fundamental to remaining centered in our beliefs, in what we understand is vital to living in communion. Otherwise, if we choose a path of ignorance and lack of respect for what we know and for those who make up our circles, we will not have any hope. Silencing those voices that do not lead us to judicious resolutions or removing ourselves from those who dismiss our faith will bring us close to our Heavenly Father.
